PowerPrecision is an Internet Relay Chat(IRC) Network that has taken formation recently for the sole purpose of special interest gaming, technical assistance, a nice atmosphere for opensource developors to collaborate regarding projects, and just about any other general purpose. PPNet runs a modified version of Hyperion-1.0.2(currently ppnet-0.1.2b), a fork of dancer-ircd. Our network was fundamentally formed with the idea of a friendly community for the technically minded, and 'old school' gamers, but as mentioned earlier just about anyone is welcome as long as the activities remain legal. PowerPrecision Networks(PPNet)IRC formed on 08/15/2006, Currently, we have five servers available worldwide with a plethora of services at your disposal as well. Feel free to come and colloaborate, as our network rules are very laid back, and we would like to form this network in the most ideal way possible, so we are always open to any suggestions regarding network operation, policies, etc. IRC Operators may be currently found in #PowerPrecision, or #p0x. PowerPrecision Networks IRC servers, port configuration, and server status are listed below.

| ppnet-ircd 0.2.1a(iniquity) released! | |
|  After over 6 months, it is time to release ppnet-ircd v0.2.1 codename 'iniquity'. This release is mostly bug fixes and aesthetics, and things that mostly opers will see. There is new included documentation, including readme and changelog, some server side changes mostly to directory structure, some annoying bugs corrected, and a few other minor things that can be viewed in the changelog. The source is available in the Downloads section of the site, or directly at:
